The Huffman Commitment
We will work with every student, staff member, and family to develop and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning community. We are committed to continuously improving our professional practices and take responsibility for the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. We believe all people can grow in a positive direction.
Principal's Note
I hope this finds you well. Please review the news items below.
Our staff took part in a half day health and safety training this past Friday and our procedures and mitigation plans are just about complete. We will continue to hone our protocols over the next two weeks. When I get the final approval, I will be sharing the detailed plans with the Huffman community.
Our Huffman specialists have put together a newsletter for the community. Please check out their link below.
Our staff updated their small group intervention plans and have reached out to specific families for participation. If your teacher contacted you, please do your best to have your student participate in these small group lessons. It will be the most impactful way for staff to specifically support your student and target areas of need. If you have questions, please reach out to your teacher.
As always, please reach out with any celebrations, questions, or concerns.
All the best, Chris
