School Campuses Closed
I know many of you are asking questions in response to Governor Ivey's address about the closing of school campuses for the remainder of the school year. What I can tell you now is that there are lots of questions we all have right now. As the district works through a plan on how to support our students in learning, we will keep you informed. What I want you to know is your children will be supported with their education during this time of closure. It will not be the same as our face to face interactions, but we will do our best to ensure your children have learning experiences. There are a multitude of resources and helps for parents. Those resources will be shared in multiple ways. We are heartbroken at the thought of not seeing our children everyday. Working with our students is more than a job; it is a calling. We have all been through natural disasters before, but nothing to this magnitude. Without a doubt, this is uncharted territory! This year will not look the same as it has in the past, but one thing I know is that Cleveland is more than a community or a school; it is a family. We will get through this by pulling together and supporting one another. Please follow us on Facebook both through our Cleveland Elementary page and the Panther Parents page for up to date information.
Thank you for all you do!
