WVWC is happy to partner with the Upshur County Children's Festival planning committee to offer this great community event, free and open to the public. Students volunteers are needed from WVWC in order to make this a fun and memorable day for area children. Spread the Love Peanut Butter Drive
September 19-30th, 2016
WVWC will again be participating in the Governor's Day to Serve initiative by collecting peanut butter for local food pantries. Peanut butter is a high-demand item at food pantries because of its accessibility for kids and families in addition to its nutritional value. Drop-off boxes will be located throughout campus and in community locations. If anyone would like to donate peanut butter, they can bring it to the Center for Community Engagement & Leadership Development located behind the Bobcat Den on the 2nd floor of the Benedum Campus Center. Questions? Contact LeeAnn Brown at 304-473-8161.
