Community Service Projects

Shiawassee RESD Community Service Highlight

This chapter's Electrical and Auto students participated in a card making campaign to make cards for Cardz for Kidz https://cardzforkidz.org/. In total the group produced 90 cards with a positive message in hopes of brightening the recipient’s day. These cards will be distributed by the organization to children with long term stays in the hospital. Way to go to these compassionate students for brightening someone's day! Keep up the great work! Have your chapter’s Community Service Project highlighted in the SkillsUSA Michigan newsletter and on the SkillsUSA Michigan web site! Send a short summary of your project and any photo(s) to cwarning@emich.edu.
