- Shut down your computer at least once a week -- it will keep your computer running smoothly! :)
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade students can update their iPad Airs to iOS 11. Choose to have iPads update over night when plugged into the cart by choosing INSTALL LATER > INSTALL TONIGHT from the update pop-up.

Epic E-Books
PD delivered your way! Learn something new from the comfort of your own couch, in whatever attire you choose! This month's episode helps you integrate literature into any subject-- learn to use Epic e-Books with your students. You can easily assign reading material that correlates with your content OR allow students to choose their own books that interest them. There are even read aloud books and Spanish books!
iPad Help
If you need iPad Help because you have:
- a broken iPad (cracked screen, headphone jack, etc.)
- a new student (a new iPad will be delivered to you)
- a withdrawn student (the iPad will be removed from your cart to be used for new students)
- other issues (login issues, app issues, etc.)
Please contact your campus iPad Assistant. They will take care of your issues for you! :)

Apps for Reading
NewsELA -- Newsela supercharges learning in every subject. It starts with interesting articles about tons of topics—each available at 5 reading levels. Assessments are included with the articles to help readers engage with the content.
RWT Timeline -- Timeline allows students to create a graphical representation of an event or process by displaying items sequentially along a line. Timelines can be organized by time of day, date, or event, and the tool allows users to create a label with short or long descriptive text. Adding an image for each label makes a timeline more visually appealing.
Word Clouds -- DOWNLOAD NOW! FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY! Word Clouds by ABCya.com is an easy-to-use app to create and share beautiful word clouds.
Destiny Discover -- Follett’s Destiny Discover app replaces our BryteWave K-12 app and allows you to browse, search and access your school’s library resources with ease. Search your library’s Destiny catalog or Follett eBook and audiobook collection in a single, familiar and easy to use environment.
