PLCs and Class Placements
PLC Wednesdays in April:
April 3rd: No PLCs: Kelley out of the building both Wednesday and Thursday
April 10th: NO PLCs: Time to fill out confidential placement forms
April 17th: PLCs in Kelley's Office: Sort cards for class lists. Hand in those cards to the office so we can type them up.
April 24th: PLCs in Kelley's office: Review class lists for errors or possible changes
Important Calendar Dates
USD 232 Staff,
The Human Resources Department wanted to provide an update regarding the BOE approved revised school calendar.
- May 23 will be a regular school day (PreK-8th grade), HS will be on their finals schedule
- May 24 is the last day of school and will still be a half day for students for all levels
- April 18 is no longer a blackout day
- Staff members that have extended contracts with extra days will begin those days on May 29
- Student Nutrition, Aides, and Paraprofessionals--last day will be May 24
- 200 Day Secretaries--last day will be May 24
- 210 Day Secretaries--last day will be June 7
- May 17 is no longer a blackout day for classified staff members
- May 20 is no longer a blackout day for certified staff members
- May 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28 are the revised certified blackout days
