Where The Wild Things Are
Where The Wild Things Are was a 1964 Caldecott award winner. The authors purpose of this book is to entertain. FIve interesting facts about the illustrator is he is a dead man, He won the Astrid Lindgren Memorial award, he also wanted to illustrate when he was 5 year old, he was born in NYC, and he died at 83 years of age. I think the Where The wild Things Are won the Caldecott award because it is a good picture book for children of all ages.wyuwvdqobhklqu
