Most people here on this campus have read this great book by John Green. Most people have rated this book a good 4.5 out of 5 stars which means it has to be a great book. Don't be the only one here on this campus to not read the book!

Summary

This book is about a girl named Hazel Grace Lancaster who is a fighter against type IV Thyroid Cancer. Her mom forces her to go to a support group where she fell in love with a man named Augustus Waters. They decide to go to Amsterdam to meet Peter Van Houten, which is Hazel's favorite author. When they get back from the trip, Augustus dies suddenly of Osteosarcoma.

This quote says it all. There is no way around pain and it will demand to be felt. Unfortunately, it's not good, the way that pain feels. But you have to keep on moving forward in life just like Hazel and Augustus both did in the novel.

The author of this book was nearly 36 years old. The book was based off a girl who had the same cancer disease as Hazel Grace did. She is the author of her own book This Star won't Go Out with an introduction by John Green himself. He is also the author of 28 other books including Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns, An Abundance of Katherines, and Will Grayson, Will Grayson. He has been married for 8 years and has introduced 2 new people to the world. He also has a brother named Hank who has always been right beside him through life.
