Department Updates
Hello! Welcome to November. How did we get here?
Quick Updates:
- IS Meeting: There is NO all-staff IS meeting on Monday, November 7th.
- PC Meeting: We will meet at 10:30. Cindy will be joining us at 11:00 to discuss your transitional needs as Rhonda prepares for retirement. If you are not going to be at this meeting, please make sure that you've filled out the document that she sent out. We will also be discussing the BOE presentation that the Prevention Dept. is in charge of later this month.
- Clerical Meeting: Monday at 8:30 like usual. Bring any of your list or projects with you
- 11-16 Board Meeting: We are on-deck to present (Prevention) at the November 16th BOE meeting. I'm hoping for a small team to attend and share their program information. I'll be getting you all together on this when I get back.
- 11-8 Eaton Prevention Meetings: ECSAAG (8:30), SPEC (12:00), and Tobacco Workgroup (11:00)
- Social Justice Workshop: This week begins our 3-day Social Justice Workshop. Please welcome Valerie Smith and Carlton Evans, our amazing trainers

Reminders
Room Usage
Please remember to shut down computers, projectors, equipment, lights, etc. after using the ERESA conference rooms for meetings or trainings. Wash and put away all dishes if you are using the kitchen areas.
Refrigerators
Will be cleaned out of anything not labeled on Fridays. If you are leaving something in the refrigerators, put your name on it.
