What is Hydroelectricity?
Hydroelectricity is moving water converted to energy. The 1st hydroelectric dam in the US was built on the Fox River. It powered 2 paper mills and 1 home.
Bonneville Dam
The Bonneville Dam is on the Columbia River and has 20 turbines and generates more than a million watts of power each year!
