GDP and Business Cycle

GDP means gross domestic product. GDP is the monetary value of all the finished goods and services bought within a countries borders in a specific time period. The GDP is what makes the business cycle which is shown in the picture below.

The Business cycle

the business cycle shows the GPD on a graph. It shows the rise in domestic product once it hits its peak the country falls. if it falls for 6 months straight we go into recession. Then it its to the bottom and the cycle starts all over again with the GDP going up into expansion.
