Information for the week
We will have STI testing on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Please be sure to refer to the notification that Ms Hampton sent out in regards to the logistics. If you have any questions, please check with Ms. Hampton She has done a great job of making sure we are prepared for this event.
Events last week
Last week we kicked off our parent training sessions which are being led by Tap Roots, a local organization. If you have any parents that you would like us to personally invite to attend these learning sessions, please send their name to Ms. Dacres. Parents may be eligible to receive a stipend for attending.
Mr. Draper led two great post-secondary events last week which included the Gates Scholarship workshop and FAFSA night.
Let's keep up the great work to engage and support our parents.
Out of Uniform Day
The LI department is hosting an out of uniform fundraiser on Friday, December 11, 2015. Students may be out of uniform if they have the wristband. Raby staff can also participate in the Raby Dress Down Day fundraiser. Please be sure to get your wristband from Mr. Wendel. Wristbands cost $1.
ART ON DISPLAY
Congratulations to Ms. Adams and her students for having artwork on display at the library located at 115 South Pulaski. Congrats!!!
It is very likely that we will have a fire drill before we leave for break on December 18. Refer to the safety plan in your classroom so that you can be prepared to escort students out of the building safely. Please remember to bring a paper roster when you exit the classroom. Also, please shut the door after everyone has exited the classroom.
Have a great week!
