A fried or baked pastry with a savory filling
Tandoori Chicken
Chicken portions, marinated with spice, and cooked in an oven. Served with dip.
Kofta
Gram flour balls fried with vegetables. Fried in oil, and then cooked with curry.
Customs
-Will not eat beef (religious beliefs)
-Highest number of vegetarians in the world
-Always eat with their right hand, left hand is considered unclean
