What do they do for your body ?

Minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy just like vitamins do. The body uses minerals to function and to make your bones strong.

What can happen if the body doesn't get enough ..

If the body doesn't get the amount of minerals it needs, mineral deficiency will occur and will happen over a short period of time. Mineral deficiency can cause a bunch of different health problems down the line.
