MESSAGE FROM MIKE WILLIAMS, PRINCIPAL OF WYLIE EAST HIGH SCHOOL

Local Scholarships

Our local scholarship application is open for all Wylie ISD seniors! With this one application seniors are applying for dozens of scholarships and our system will match students to the various scholarship criteria. Important things to note:

We really do have scholarships for all types of students- from athletics to academic elite to band to trade school to FFA to attending Collin County Community … the list goes on. We don’t want students to miss out on a chance for a scholarship just because they assumed no scholarship looks for their high school experience.

Applications close March 1. It is strongly recommended to start now. Essays and letters of recommendation take time. Students can save and log out and pick back up at any point until they submit their application- then it’s final.
