Looking for a yoga class to get energized while helping you build strength and flexibility? Fitness instructor Jasmine Rinehart will be at the Taft House to teach a unique yoga class. Using a Power Yoga format, this fast paced intense practice combines breath-linked movement to improve coordination and balance and increase range of motion and flexibility. It is an essential component of any cross training fitness plan when you are striving for that “one extra degree”.
