Henrico County
Henrico County is about 245 square miles in size, and has a population of around 300,000 people. Hernico county is largely a suburban county, though it does have some rural areas.
In Henrico County
In Henrico residents may enjoy actives on the James river including Boating, water skiing, fishing, or surrounding bike trails. Jobs of citizens can include being a salesman, mechanic, contracting, lawn care, or teacher.
The government structure
In Henrico county the government has a Board of supervisors. there is also a County Manager. The Judicial branch is divided into circuit courts, general district courts, and juvenile courts.
Description
The Board of Supervisors is the policy-making body.
The County Manager is the administrative head of the government.
The Judicial Branch interprets the laws.

Henrico County was founded in 1634 which means it is 380 years old.
The name Henrico comes from the earlier word Henricus a early settlement.
