As the 2017-2018 school year closes, thank you to our entire staff for all that you do! Wishing you a relaxing summer!
Students participating in spirit days do not have to wear their uniforms. Clothing should still be "school appropriate."
A reminder that 2:05 dismissal days are full days for staff.
Please remember the Nurse's Office is closed from 1:50-2:50. Please send any students that need a nurse visit to the Main Office during this time.
Words of Wisdom
Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.
~ Benjamin Franklin
Most people are aware of the benefits of getting plenty of sleep and eating well. It sounds so simple, but in reality, not so much. Especially during the school year when we often struggle for enough hours in the day to complete our endless lists. Healthy sleeping and eating patterns just don't seem to take top priority. Here's the thing, sleeping habits and eating habits are intertwined in some ways. Better sleep makes for mental clarity and wiser choices about food and exercise which in turn keep you healthier in body, mind, and spirit! Spend some time this summer training for good habits. A few small changes can make huge lasting impacts.
With something to think about . . .
Remember to take care of yourself.
Making decisions about sleep, diet, and exercise can be very daunting. Mapping out a plan in a journal can help. Try your plan for a week and compare how you felt before and after.
Happy Birthday!
