Hudson Team Meeting
Jeff Bobula kicked off the meeting on Tuesday afternoon and the Operations team followed with some great information around projects, stats, and more. Brett Fortier joined and worked with the team on Financials training. A great team dinner at CRAVE was the best way to end the night.
Wednesday, Lori Hoard, Richard Morrison & Joe Thurman also participated and spoke about Managed care, EDI and AAP.
Great information was shared during these two days, and the reps are armed with more knowledge to share with their customers.

Family Pharmacy - Front End Training
Vanessa and Sarah held a Front End Conference for the Family Pharmacy group on Thursday May 26th. David Burnett was able to attend the last half of the program and came away extremely impressed.
During their Power-Point presentation they focused on several key areas effecting front end managers in a pharmacy. Vanessa and Sarah came across confident, knowledgeable and sincere. The store managers were quite engaged during the meeting and left with a folder of take-home reminders and information sheets that will help them train their staff.
Two vendors drove long distances to present at the event (Dallas, TX & Columbus, OH), and several other vendors donated samples.
David spoke with Pam Poe, Mandy Morris and Janet Morris (All key players involving the front-end of Family Pharmacy) and they were all very complimentary of the communication while planning for the event as well as the execution of the event.
Cardinal shined yesterday - In no short part because of the guidance and mentoring that Vanessa has given Sarah since she began (just about a month ago). Thanks to Vanessa for being diligent with helping Sarah on-board. Sarah has already proven to be a tremendous asset to the Kansas City South team.
Great job to both Vanessa & Sarah!
