December Topic: Strategies for Conflict Management

How Do You Handle Conflict?
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a resource to discover and understand the five conflict styles, how they affect personal or group dynamics and learn how to select the most appropriate style for any given situation. This questionnaire is used to analyze the productiveness of each style by assessing behavior in conflict situations.
