Apply SPF over 30 every hour to prevent this from happening.

Sun poisoning is a very severe case of sun burn where your skin will form a very painful. itchy rash on the area exposed. More symptoms include nausea, headache, vomiting, and dehydration. If you have been out in the sun for a long period of time and experience these symptoms then get medical attention immediately. In the mean time, apply cold substances and drink plenty of fluids.
