Kudos to all our teachers!!!! I spoke to several parents who are very excited and appreciative of their child's teachers for communicating with them through either email or text. Everyone is doing such a great job. We are learning and improving every week since there has never been anything like this pandemic in our lifetime before, yet we are overcoming. It is true what they say- together we will get through this.

Kudos to Stephen Teal for being our constant guide and supporter during our online PLC meetings. YOU are valued and appreciated.
Kudos to the math department for once again putting our students first and making the online lessons comprehensible and "doable" for our students. Many of our students are successfully engaging because of your extra efforts.

Read Any Good Books Lately?
Kind of out of the box for me, but it's a best seller and NetFlix has made a series out of it, which means our students will be watching it. The book was much better than I anticipated, and I've just started watching the series. Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington star, and I'm a fan of both.
From Amazon review:
The Richardson family lives in the planned community of Shaker Heights, Ohio—a place of wealth, comfort, and stability—and they are a clan that embodies those traits. But when Mia, a single mother, and her fifteen year old daughter, Pearl, rent a house in the area, their very different lives will merge with those of the Richardson family and begin to contort the carefully laid lattice that supports their views. Once again, the plotting and pacing are nearly perfect, the characters believable and real.
