Information About Me
I have been happily married since 1999. My husband and I live near Lake Worth and enjoy being active by walking our dogs to the lake, and strength training together. I enjoy many physical activities such as dance, aerobics, basketball, swimming, and water skiing. My husband has a son who lives in Florida and we have many wonderful nieces and nephews. We enjoy sharing our faith with others at Glenview Baptist Church. We have four dogs, four cats, and a rabbit. I work part-time at a veterinarian clinic and enjoy trying to help animals in any way possible.
I attended Angelo State University and earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas. I then attended Howard Payne University to obtain my teaching certification. My major was Kinesiology with a minor in health. Through my college years, I worked various jobs as a bank teller, aerobics instructor, and insurance claim filer for a dermatologist. I have truly enjoyed my teaching career working with young people helping them learn to balance their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Hard work, dedication and persistence pays off.
