Building Access
May 28th and 29th is for teachers only. No students will be
permitted in the building on these dates.
June 1st, 3rd, and 5th have been set aside for students. There will be a sign-up provided for each of these days. The days will begin at 8:00 AM and and end at 7:00 PM. The days will be divided into 11, one hour segments with 60 students being able to sign up for each hourly segment. More information will be provided in the coming weeks.
For your planning, please know that these days are voluntary and if your child does come to the school they may only be accompanied by 1 other person. If you are not able to make any of these days please ask a friend to pick up your child's materials. All safety protocols currently in place for travel to public places will be enforced.
Grades and Report Cards
As a reminder, the middle school will not be utilizing report cards for the third and fourth marking period. The grades being shared by teachers in HAC and on Canvas provide one avenue of feedback to students about their progress. Students are also receiving emails and have the opportunity to join teachers in Google Meets or Zoom sessions.
Our primary focus is on providing meaningful feedback, maintaining our connection with our students, and minimizing stress during this unusual time.
Summer Programs Message to Families
Council Rock School District is canceling its Summer Music Program, Summer Academic and STEM Academy, and Camp Invention. Any registrations and payments received will be returned to families over the next several weeks.
Please note that Camp Invention is offering an at home alternative this summer. The Council Rock Director, Christine Marsden, will reach out in a few days with additional details on how to sign up for the at home version and/or get a full refund.
For questions about these three summer programs, please contact Dr. Susan Elliott, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning via email at selliott@crsd.org. Thank you for your understanding. Please stay safe and well.
