Instructional Focus- Continue working on this strategy for a continuium in data collection

Students need to be TALKING about their learning.

I will be walking through classrooms this week looking for 2 items and taking data.

1. Evidence of students explaining their thinking in Math and ELA.

How do you know? What evidence tells you that?

Is this an important detail? Why do you think that?

2. Students referencing TEXT (math or ELA) to explain their thinking.

Data from walk-thoroughs will be recorded and shared for baseline data usage.
