WBEF GRANT APPLICATIONS
I shared the grant application with staff. Take a moment to think of how the monies from the grant could support learning in your classroom. Grants may be written individually or as a department. Remember that all grant applications must be signed off by me and submitted to Joey Spano.

Drills
The question has come up about the ALICE drills we received training on. We will not practice any of the drills until the district has given us the go ahead with a communicated plan. However please make sure you take a moment on Tuesday to discuss the procedure for Fire Drills and the seriousness of the drills.

Message from Margaret Bridges Illuminate
As you begin to enter bridges and number corner data into illuminate, please not the following:
- We are using the same assessments in Illuminate as last year (so they are marked as 2017-18). If we make updates to them we will rename them to 2018-19. So always use the most recent year for any given assessment.
- The system will automatically update to your students rostered this year.
- If you want to compare your students from this year to last year, you can run reports and change the enrollment/roster date year in the reports screen to look at prior years data.
- Let me know if you do not see the grade level assessment you need.
I hope this answers the questions I have been getting.

I have had a few teacher request materials lists for bridges and number corner. You can find those lists on the Bridges Educator Site - Implementation Tab - Right side of screen under material lists. These should help you inventory the materials you should have for Bridges and NC.

Click on specific student name (IEP/504)
Select “print a report” on Quick Look up Page on drop down
Use drop down menu and click on “Which report to print”
Scroll to the bottom and click SPED Accommodations 1-15
Click submit
Click view
Worksheet will be generated, print desired number of copies
Enter student notes as needed in box below accommodation.
