ACADEMIC COMMUNICATION
Teachers send emails and make phone calls to parents. Please call the main office or email your child's teacher if you would like to have a conference. In addition to phone calls and emails, all teachers communicate in various ways with parents.

Communication at CCP
Please see the "CCP Parent VOICE" button provided below. All parents can use the button to highlight positive experiences at CCP, submit questions, and voice concerns. I will provide a response to all comments. I will also take action as needed and requested. We are in this together! We, as a school community want to do our very best for you and the precious students entrusted to us.

Students should not cross from the staff parking lot to the school without a parent walking beside them.
Staff Parking Lot
The parking lot in front of the school (closest to Chesnut Road) is for staff parking only.
Please use the Kiss and Ride lane for student drop off and pick up. Walk with your students for their safety if you have an extenuating circumstance that necessitates you using the staff parking lot. Students must not walk alone from the staff parking lot for their safety.
Traffic Flow for Arrival and Dismissal
Please see the picture showing how traffic should flow for the Kiss & Ride arrival and dismissal at CCP. Parents who pick up / drop off their children by car at CCP may call the main office if they have questions about the traffic flow.

Family Lunch!
Please call the main office if you would like to eat lunch with your students. Due to space/capacity restraints, the number of visitors for lunch must be limited. We will work to fulfill requests on a first come, first served basis.

C.C. Pinckney Hours of Operation
Cut off time for parents to pick-up students early is 30 minutes prior to dismissal each day.
2:30 p.m.
1:45 p.m. on Early Release Tuesdays
**Please come prior to 2:30/1:45 if your student has an afternoon appointment.
Office Hours
7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Students Regular Hours
8:15 am - 3:00 pm (Instruction begins at 8:15 a.m.)
Students are tardy at 8:10 a.m.
Students Early Release Hours
8:15 am - 2:15 pm
*2nd Tuesday of the month is an Early Release Day for students
Breakfast: 7:45 a.m.
Students who are not eating breakfast should report to school at 8:00 a.m.
