Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni was born on March 6, 1475 in the village Caprese Michelangelo. Michelangelo was raised in Florence Italy where he learned everything about art. Michelangelo's first sculpture, the pieta, made in famous in Florence. He later made such art works like the sculpture of David, and the Sistine Chapel ceiling.
Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino was born on April 6, 1483 in Urbino, Italy. Both of his parents died when he was a very young age. He received training from some of the greats like timoteo Viti. He later made famous paintings like the school in Athens, Sistine Madonna, and la fornarina. He later died in 1520 in Rome, Italy.
Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi was born sometime in 1386 in Florence, Italy. Donatello learned at an early age how to make sculptures and was receiving orders by the age of 20. One of Donatello's most famous successors was Michelangelo (Also brought up on top of poster). Some of Donato's most famous works were saint john the baptist, the judith y holofernes, and the Magdalene penitent. Donatello later died on December 13, 1466.
Tiziano Vecelli was born sometime in the year 1485 (possibly the year 1474) in the city of Pieve Di Cadore, Italy. At the Age of 10 he was sent to his uncles in Venice to find inspiration to become a painter. In Venice, Titian made his first famous painting called "Jesus carrying the cross". Some of Titan's later paintings includes venus of urbino, sacred and profane love, and assumption of the virgin. Titian later died on August 27, 1576 in Florence, Italy
