Hello HHES Families,


It's hard to believe that the end of the year is right around the corner! These next two weeks are filled with events for students and we appreciate your flexibility as we navigate them. If you are planning on being on campus, please remember to check-in with the office.


We hope to see many of you at Hockinson Fun Days this weekend! We are looking forward to BINGO tonight and the festivities on Saturday. Please don't hesitate to stop and say hello.

Field Day

Field Day will be held on Thursday, June 15th.


4th: 8:10-9:00am

2nd: 9:10-10:00am

3rd: 10:10-11:00am

1st: 11:10-12:00pm

TK & Kinder: 12:10-1:00pm

5th: 1:10-2:00pm


One of the rotations will be a watermelon station. The PWT is looking for watermelon donations. You can begin dropping off donated watermelons on Wednesday, June 14th in the front office at HHES. Thank you so much for considering this!


The PWT is also looking for volunteers to help with this event. Please use the link below to sign-up for a time if you are available.

School Supplies

If you are interested, the PWT has worked with 1st Day School Supplies so that you can order your supplies online and have them delivered to HHES. You must be able to pick them up on back to school night at HHES (8/24, 5-7pm) so that you can deliver them to your child's classroom. This is optional for families, it is not a requirement.

Do you want to help out at our school? Any person who is volunteering, must past a background check and be cleared to volunteer. We have a new way to submit and process volunteer applications.
