Grab-and-Go Meals will continue to be made available through the end of the school year. Information on meal service is available here. A huge thank you to our Food Service and Transportation teams for continuing to make these meals a reality for our community.SPRING BREAK TRAVEL

Trish Baker resigns from School Board, Board Seeking Member Applicants
In a letter to Superintendent Gerlach, Patricia (Trish) Baker has resigned her position on the Stevens Point Area Public School Board following her appointment as Circuit Court Judge by Governor Tony Evers. “It has been an honor to have served our community, our staff, and all the SPAPSD families in this capacity,” stated Baker in her resignation letter. “I have always believed that we improve our community by improving the education of our next generation.” The appointment has caused her to be ineligible to continue her service as elected official for the District.
The Stevens Point Area Public School Board is accepting member applications for the vacancy her resignation created with applications being accepted through January 27, 2021. Citizens of the Stevens Point Area Public School District, 18 years or older, interested in being considered for this position on the school board are encouraged to apply. The appointed member will serve until the 2022 spring election.
Baker served on the School Board since 2014. Superintendent Gerlach noted that Trish has been a strong advocate for students and education in our community and will be missed on the School Board. "We wish her well on this next new and exciting adventure."
More information on the application process to fill the vacancy is available here.
