MEALS
We will provide and cover coffee, snacks and light dinner on December 5th during the meeting.
We will be happy to have lunch and dinner together both on December 6th and 7th, but of course everybody is free to organize their own programme for the meals. Prices depend on what you drink and eat (and where), but lunch /dinner (in Hotel Félix i.e.) would normally be 10 EUR. Depending on the reporting system of each partner, we can make arrangements, so that those that need separate receipt for food, could get it.
Preliminary Agenda
Some useful information
December in Murcia is usually cold with temperatures between 5 to 15 degrees . But it doesn't mean that we cannot enjoy some "beachy" or suffer "arctic" days in December (exceptions possible anytime in both directions).
Spain is relatively cheap, compared to other EU countries. Depends on what you buy and where, but generally you take a coffee on the street for 1,20 euro, you could eat a burger or kebab for 3.50 EUR. Ticket for the city transport (one journey) is around 1 EUR.
For those interesting in sightseeing, we will give more information on spot.
Emergency number in Spain is like in EU – 112.
