Flexibility is the amount of movement in a joint or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion

How does one improve their flexibility?

To improve one's flexibility, you have to stretch everyday after every moderate 60 minutes of daily exercise

Personal Connection

In gym class, we are learning to stretch after all our activities. This will allow us to constantly stay flexible, and we won't tear any muscles when playing a sport
