MRS. MORGAN
Colleen Kosik
My name is Mrs. Kocik and this is my second year here at South Middle School. I have a daughter who is in the eighth grade and attends in person and four other children who are attending virtually (3rd grade, 11th grade, 11th grade, and 12 grade). I love working with children and have learned that parenting is an art. What works for one child doesn't work for all of them. Over the years, I have learned to be flexible and adapt to situations which has had its challenges. I love working with your children and have learned so much from them and hope to continue to learn from each of you.
Brooke Dice
My name is Ms. Dice and I am the Communities in Schools Site Coordinator for South Middle. My role in the Counseling Center is to help students and families to have a successful school year regardless of any obstacles that may be thrown their way. This is done by taking advantage of resources in the community that people may not know about or have access to without the help of someone that does. My goal is to give every South student the opportunity to reach their greatest potential that I know they are all capable of achieving!

Lauren Lewis
I am the 8th grade School Counselor here at South Middle School this year. I was
born and raised in Jefferson County. I am a graduate of Jefferson High School, Concord
University, and soon to be graduate of Marshall University. I played for years of college
softball at Concord and still enjoy playing from time to time. I’m a HUGE Steelers and Yankees fan! I’m currently planning a wedding, which is exhausting but exciting! I am a “cat mom” to two spoiled boys! I’m excited to work with the students, teachers, the administration team, and parents to help support our students to achieve educational success.
