Roll Cadets

Valedictorian and Salutatorian

Cascade High School congratulates Senior Olivia Glaeser, who is the Valedictorian, and Senior Kaylin Cook, who is the Salutatorian, of the Class of 2022! These young ladies have challenged themselves throughout their high school careers by taking our most rigorous class offerings and have excelled academically due to their hard work and dedication. Both young ladies are also student-athletes, student leaders, and community service volunteers. We are proud of Olivia and Kaylin!

Senior Scholars

Cascade High School and the Mill Creek Optimist Club recognized our Senior Scholars on

April 7, 2022 at the Deer Creek Golf Club. These top academic seniors have worked incredibly hard to rise to the top of a talented academic class. Each Senior Scholar invited an Influential Educator to the program and shared why that educator was important to their growth and the impact that was made on them. Thank you to the Mill Creek Optimist Club for sponsoring this incredible program that honors our top academic seniors and their influential educators. Thank you to National Honor Society sponsor Deb Gee for organizing this wonderful evening.

Big picture

Habitat For Humanity

Several Cascade High School students performed community service recently by helping build a home for Habitat for Humanity. Thank you to Mr. Dugan and Mrs. Cline for chaperoning our students and helping as well. One of the representatives from Habitat for Humanity shared that they love when our students volunteer, because they work so hard when they are on site. We are proud of our students for wanting to help those less fortunate in our community through service.

End of the School Year

The final student day for the 2021-2022 school year is Wednesday, May 25th. Students in grades 9-11 will be keeping their Chromebooks, cases, and chargers over the summer and will return with those items for the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year. Seniors will need to turn in Chromebooks, cases, and chargers to the technology department when they have completed their work for this school year. We look forward to the final three weeks of the 2021-2022 school year. The first school day of the 2022-2023 school year for students is Friday, July 29, 2022.

We are proud of the Class of 2022 and look forward to honoring them at the Cascade High School Graduation Ceremony on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The graduation ceremony will take place in the Cascade High School gym. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for guests. We welcome family, friends, and community members to share in the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2022.

Spring Sports

Boys' and Girls' Track and Field, Boys' Golf, Baseball, and Softball are all deep into the Spring season and are looking forward to the IHSAA tournaments in a few weeks. The baseball team is currently 14-3, undefeated in ICC play, and is ranked #5 in the latest 2A state rankings. The softball team is currently 11-2 and playing some great softball. Cascade High School will host the softball sectional on May 23-25. Senior Christina Lamb just broke the school record in the girls' high jump! Best of luck to all of our Spring student-athletes for the rest of their seasons and for the IHSAA tournaments.
