1. Every December 7th at 6pm people go around cathedrals and churches yelling "Quién causa tanta alegrÃa?" Other people respond with a la Concepción de MarÃa. This is called La Griteria
2. El Nacimiento is also a tradition, they are normally placed in houses, churches, and sometimes avenues. Baby Jesus is set until midnight of December 24th.
3. Christmas dinner consists of valencian style rice, nacatamal, stuffed chicken and freshly baked bread.
4. On the night of the 24th Nicaraguans go to midnight mass with family or really close friends.
