High Expectations: Every Scholar, Every Day
A Word from Principal Haynes
Greetings Parents,
This week we begin a series of extremely important parent meetings tailored specifically for each grade level. I cannot stress enough the importance of your attendance at this meeting. We will be discussing the expectations of the grade level as it relates to daily academic work, behavior expectation, testing requirements for the grade level, discipline, and the promotion criteria policy. This week's meeting is for our 4th and 5th grade parents and will feature representatives from various magnet programs across the district to help you begin to think about middle school. The schedule for the meetings are as follows:
- Tuesday, October 8th: 4th and 5th Grade Parents
- Tuesday,, October 15th: 2nd and 3rd Grade Parents
- Tuesday, October 21st: Kindergarten and 1st Grade Parents
We will also discuss our High Achiever/Gifted Program and the criteria for selection into that cohort of classes. Our Support Team members will be on hand to answer any general questions you may have. The PTA will also be accepting membership dues. Your support and attendance at these meetings is extremely appreciated.
Wishing you an AMAZING and BLESSED week!!
Principal Haynes

The students must work on iReady in the classrooms and they need headphones for that. Please make it a priority to get these. Thank you!!
