Well Minded - Tips for a Balanced and Healthy Year
Listening to music is a great way to relieve stress and you can pick whatever music you enjoy, you relate to, or even just the sounds of a nature. Music can be used in other ways to boost your mental health too. It is a great way to wake your brain up by playing upbeat music, you can use classical to help you focus, or you can play slow melodies to relax at the end of a long day.

NC Residency Determination Service
All students who apply to North Carolina public, private, or community colleges are required to complete the NC Residency Determination Interview.
The Residency Determination Service (RDS) was established in coordination with the University of North Carolina, the North Carolina Community College System, the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority, and the North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities as the centralized service for determining residency for students. This service enables a student to use one residency determination for admission applications to multiple North Carolina public colleges and universities and to demonstrate residency for state aid programs consideration at all (public and private) North Carolina colleges and universities.
If you have any questions, contact seniorprogram@crosbyscholars.org or call our office.
