COUNSELOR'S CORNER
Happy November! SomethingI love about this time of year is that as we move into the holiday season we are encouraged to reflect on what we’re grateful for. I am thankful every day that I get to work with so many wonderful students, families, and educators!

If you’re on the hunt for a mental health provider for your child, take a look at this great info sheet on Choosing a Mental Health Provider. It includes information on the types of mental health providers available and what to consider. If you have any questions about this process, I’m happy to assist families and provide referrals!
Contemplating getting your child their first cell phone? This article, Your Child’s First Phone: Are They Ready?, has some really useful things to consider as your family navigates this important decision. I also recommend Common Sense Media.
With gratitude,

We are planning a special luncheon for our AMAZING teachers and staff! We want to celebrate their steadfast love and support of our students, families, and community. To show them how much they mean to us and our community, please visit the link below to help us provide a soup and salad lunch that they can enjoy the week before Thanksgiving Break. It will be held on Tuesday, November 14. All items will need to be dropped off by/before 10 am on this day.
