You like taking baths and you wanna make it even more fun well use bath bombs. But don’t just go out and buy them from target, walmart, or lush.
This is what you will need
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup citric acid
1/2 cup Epsom salts
1 tsp. water
2 tsp. essential oil
3 tsp. oil (olive oil)
food coloring (any color you want)
bowl
whisk
jar
bath bomb mold
Step 1
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and then mix them all evenly with the whisk.
Step 2
In a separate container, mix the liquid ingredients together. Note that in this step, the essential oils, fragrances and colors are added. This is an important step! Make sure to pick out lots of fragrance oils to try out here, as you can make many fabulous combinations for bath time. Lavender bath bombs for relaxation and sleep, perhaps tinted purple. Ylang Ylang and bergamot for a sensual bath bomb, perhaps even add some rose.
Step 3
Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry mix, one small spoon at a time.
Step 4
When well mixed, you simply pack this mixture into a bath bomb mold and pack tightly, then let it dry. Work quickly so as not to let the bath bomb mixture dry out.

10 reasons why social media is bad for us:
Less socialization
The more social media that is used, the less interaction actually happens. Today People are interacting less and less with each other unless it is through a cell phone or other technological devices. With the decrease in social contact, there is a lack of ability to communicate in the world, and therefore people today are not respecting one another.
2. Cyber-Bullying
Social Media makes bullying easier for those who are afraid to actually bully in person. It makes it easy to bully another person with the use of social media, because rather than having to look someone in the face, a bully can now intrude on others lives by hiding behind their device.
3.Beauty
Social Media puts out an image of what a "beautiful" person is. Social Media puts an idea in people's heads that in order to be beautiful, you have to be a certain size, height, hair color, eye color, and wear certain clothes. This is not true, beauty is on the inside and it doesn’t matter what size or height you are because you are beautiful.
4.Lower Grades
With the addiction to social media, less time is spent studying and doing homework, and more time is spent scrolling through the latest meme or GIF. With the lack of studying and homework being done, grades of social media addicts are dropping.
5.Made Up Words
Since the increase in use of social media, more and more fake words have been made up and used on a daily basis, such as BOI. These words are being used more and more in daily lives, and the true English language has been pushed aside for these made up words.
6.depression and anxiety
Do you spend more than two hours per day on social media? Spending too long on social networking sites could be adversely affecting your mood. In fact, you’re more likely to report poor mental health, including symptoms of anxiety and depression.
7.FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)
Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) is a phenomenon that was born at the same time as Facebook—and it’s one of the most common negative effects of social media. FOMO is basically a form of anxiety that you get when you’re scared of missing out on a positive experience or emotions that someone else is getting.
8. Distraction.
It’s pretty clear how social media can decrease our productivity.
I know I can waste endless hours looking at the lives of others. Let’s face it, people are interesting, and we all have those Facebook friends with lives that resemble soap operas.
It can be hard to look away, but let’s not forget about what we could be accomplishing in real life if we weren’t wasting so much time focusing on the social media world.
9.Distraction
When people are out in a crowd, you can often look around and see a large majority of people with their head down. This has even led to some injuries of individuals that are not looking where they are going.
People have been caught on film, falling into fountains, and running into walls. It is not just a mobile phone problem. Some people are distracted by simple texting, however, many are checking their social media. People even meet up in person, only to be seen ignoring each other to look at their phones.
10. Replaces our life
People are already too busy to spend quality time together. Increased social media usage makes in–person meetings even more rare. It can be nice to check in on your friends when you are busy at work, or away for the weekend. It is, however, not necessary to constantly be on social media when you can opt for a live activity. It is important to find a balance between technology and real-life.There are many scenarios where people sit at home and scroll through social media, instead of picking up the phone to simply see how someone is doing.

10 reasons why smoking is bad for you
Everytime you smoke it takes 7 minutes off your life
Your lungs can be very badly affected by smoking. Coughs, colds, wheezing and asthma are just the start of it all.
Smoking can cause fatal diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema and lung cancer. Smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD.
Smoking can cause breast cancer
Smoking raises your blood pressure and puts stress on your heart. Over time while you are smoking , stress on the heart can weaken it, making it less able to pump blood to other parts of your body. Carbon monoxide from inhaled cigarette smoke also contributes to a lack of oxygen, making the heart work even harder.
It can cause bronchitis
Of those, 69 are known to cause cancer. The tar in cigarette smoke builds up inside the lungs as it is inhaled. Over time, a healthy pink lung turns grey and eventually becomes black as more tar accumulates. The main effect is that the tar paralyzes and can eventually kill cilia in the lungs.
Gum (periodontal) disease is an infection of the gums and can affect the bone structure that supports your teeth. In rare cases, it can make your teeth fall out. Smoking is an important cause of severe gum disease in the United States.
Aside from age, smoking is the strongest predictor of facial wrinkling in men and women. And smoking doesn't cause wrinkles only on your face. Smoking is also associated with increased wrinkling and skin damage on other parts of your body, including your inner arms. This impairs blood flow to your skin.
The Smoking Effect: (How Cigarettes Make You Age Faster) but one effect that is not commonly discussed is how smoking makes you look older. Your skin cannot breathe… When you take a puff of a cigarette, you may feel a sense of calming, but that repeated action has the opposite effect on your blood vessels

RECYCLE
Trash is a big problem world wide but luckily there is a solution which is to recycle. Did you know one person can create about 726 kilograms a year of garbage! There are three R’s in recycling reuse, reduce, and recycle. These will lead you to a clean planet. You can recycle aluminum cans, cardboard, paper, clear flint glass, clean plastics, batteries, bulbs, and electronics, so much things to recycle! It is imperative that people recycle because the garbage landfill is getting bigger.
There are many ways to recycle. From bringing it to a recycle center to making a cool craft out of milk cartons or maybe giving your old clothes to a cousin. When you recycle other people use the plastics to make something new. Did you know that almost 80 billion aluminum cans get used a second time so it doesn’t get thrown away? The plastic bags that everyone throws out kill about a million of sea animals. Every American uses around 680 pounds of paper each year.
Some people think otherwise. It pollutes the air. The oil refining makes harmful chemicals because oil is in plastics. The recycling workers don’t use everything we throw out. It takes too much time to take it all out, put it in the bins, and get it down to the curb. Some people just don’t get it! All in all, recycling gives the illusion of promises.
Throwing away trash is water pollution and some say water pollution is the worst pollution. Garbage also produces harmful chemicals. The garbage workers don’t use anything we throw away in the trash at least the recycling people use some of it. It is the same process for taking out the trash. So don’t go saying it is harder to take out the recyclables.

Ask yourself, would you do if there was a snow day? Well some kids schools such South Carolina, students have a school page were there is “snow work,” which means that they have to do work when out of school like if there is a snow day. I had questioned my family and friends which all had the same results.
My aunt: “ No, because the kids have off because it is to dangerous to work in school so why would you have the work out of school. Plus not all families have a computer or a device at home to work on.”
My cousin: “ No. kids have this time off school to relax and have a break from learning to soak in what they have already learned. It is not fair to the kids because teachers wouldn’t have to work so why should the students have to work.”
Take this knowledge and responses and make your own opinion about this whole topic but I believe that kids SHOULD NOT have e-school.
