What you can do to help your child: Practice multiplication facts up to 12 x 12, ask your child to bring home their math playlist or notebooks to see if they are taking proper notes on what they are learning...
Literacy
RL 4.1 Making inferences using text evidence
RL 4.2 Determine the theme of a story, drama or poem and be able to summarize.
RL 4.3 Describe in depth a character setting or event in a story or drama, using details from the text (thoughts words or actions).
RL 4.4 Determine the meaning of words and phrases in a text
What you can do to help your child: Provide a time and quiet place for your child to read after school. Children at this age should be able to read about 30 min. or more.
