Hamilton's Impact on the Constituion
Although Hamilton had very little influence on the writing of his influence on the federalist papers and his additions to John Locke's novel, "Common Sense". His 80 papers that contributed to to the book swayed many minds towards the fact that American laws needed to be changed.
John Locke's contribution
John Locke's novel had a lot of influence on the constitutions final draft and writing. His idea of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is what Thomas Jefferson was writing about when he eventually finished the final copy.

The idea of mans inalienable birth rights that had an immense effect on the Constitution and its final drafting. Such law is the ultimate source and established limit for all of man's laws and is intended to protect each of these natural rights for all of mankind. The Declaration of Independence of 1776 established the premise that in America a people might assume the station "to which the laws of Nature and Nature's God entitle them.."
