Scholarship for African American students who face significant financial obstacles in their path toward a college education:
Awards from $1,000-$5,000 annually for up to four academic years, depending on the availability of funds, to qualified high school seniors who have been accepted to a four-year institution.
GPA 3.0+, No Test score required. Deadline: Feb 15
The American Legion Auxiliary offers a variety of scholarships for students with relatives of members of the American Legion Post #60. Most deadlines are March 1. Applications are available in the counseling office or on the above link.
Catch A Break! Scholarship Program: Deadline March 15

MN State Horticultural Society Scholarships are offered to students with interest and participation in horticultural/gardening activities.

- Short essay (at least 200 words) describing your involvement/experiences in horticulture and gardening.

Up to $10,000 in scholarships are awarded to students whose parents were killed or seriously injured in workplace accidents while working for MN or Iowa employers.

Students going to a full time accredited non profit 2 year college or technical school program in the construction trades. Up to 50 scholarships of $1000 will be available and renewable a 2nd year.
ISL Midwest Senior Scholarship Deadline: April 29
