- Stacey will meet with PLCs in the PLC Conference Room at regularly scheduled times for Web-Based Student Projects training
Testing Sites and Relief Sched. for Mon., January 26th
ENG I and ENG II Spring Benchmark Information
*Junior and Senior students that are in 1st – 6th period classes of teachers testing will report to the library with Stacey Cole unless noted below.
The following teachers will need to request subs for the day.
Coughenour 3rd – 6th periods These classes will report to Room 225 for class.
Marshburn 2nd – 6th periods These classes will report to Room 221 for class.
N. Patterson 1st – 6th periods These classes will report to Room 220 for class.
Davis 1st – 6th periods These classes will report to Room 223 for class.
Restroom Breaks and Assistance
You will have a red piece of paper in your test bin. If you need a restroom break or need assistance, please post it on the outside of your door.
*Lovetta will monitor the ENG I classrooms relieving teachers for restroom breaks and offering assistance as needed.
*Ivie will monitor the ENG II classrooms relieving teachers for restroom breaks and offering assistance as needed.
*Mariana will help in the CM hall.
*Administration will also be monitoring all testing sites and will help out as needed.

The following classes will be moved to a different location on this day.
Duke’s 3rd period class will report to Room 231 for class.
Bowden’s 1st – 6th period classes will meet in Room 211. Osborne has a 4th period class in Room 211 which is Bowden’s conference period.
Heffner’s 1st – 6th period classes will meet in Room 208.
Langford’s 3rd and 4th period class will report to Room 106 with Ms. Neal.
*****Remind students to bring a drink and healthy snack on this day. Also, remind students to bring something to read with them for when they finish their tests.*****
There should be at least 5 dictionaries in each of the testing rooms for students to use if needed. Please make sure they are visible and accessible during testing.
Beginning at 7:30 on the morning of the test, you will be able to pick up your testing bin in the attendance office. It will include your rosters for attendance, administrator manual (pg. 45), tests, answer documents, pencils, highlighters, etc.
