¡VAMOS A COCINAR…y COMER!
After recently studying Hispanic cooking and recipes, the Spanish 3 and 4 students spent an afternoon preparing several authentic dishes from Spain, Latin America and South America. Recipes included guacamole dip, chipas, pupusas, chicken flautas, ensalada, patatas bravas, tres leches and magdalenas. The students had a wonderful time learning how to prepare these recipes as well as eating them! All groups did an amazing job with their chosen recipe!
