O'Donnell: To Our Counseling Team - I hope you have a rewarding Counseling Week - the Role of the Counseling Department is arguably the most important Department in School - as you are the GateKeepers for our students Graduation and future - everything revolves around the Counseling Department - that is why your work is so important.
Congratulations to Officer Kees for being recognized as GPD Officer of the Month.
Mrs. Ellington - I am so excited about our Art Memory Project - I cannot was to see how this is going to progress.
Mr. Barnard, SFC Robinson and Major Perkins- thank you for a very successful GCS Magnet Showcase at the Greensboro Coliseum - this takes a great effort and of preparation. I appreciate you!!
A Huge Thank You to Mrs. Younts for leading our MAP Testing this week - your attention to detail and communication skills meant that testing went very smoothly this week.

Congratulations to Coach Corbett for your 200 Win as Grimsley Mens Basketball Head Coach - Grimsley is so lucky to have you leading our Basketball Program.
Thank You Mr. Ingram and Mrs. Sands-Warren for your Leadership for our Learning Hub students each week -I encourage everyone to visit the Cafeteria 4:30pm-6:00pm Mon-Fri and observe the support the Learning Hub is providing our students.
Ms. Creech: Thank you to Mrs. Younts for all your prep and organizing for this week during MAP Testing. Thank you for laying out the plan to best utilize our subs. I am always envious of your organizational skills and how quick you are to come up with solutions.
Ms. Howard: Hannah Younts (aka Testing Goddess!) - I really don't know where you pull the strength and patience from to get through the MAP testing with grace. You are someone special to be able to juggle it all.
Ms. Acevedo: Ms. Younts - Thank you for your professionalism, all the hard work you put into testing and helping me when I have questions.
Mrs. Erickson - Thank you for all your help with the HOSA club, I appreciate you.
Ms. Hunt-Ward: Ms. Gulley goes above and beyond with our English Language Learners. She works hard to help tailor lessons towards their specific learning needs.
My English II team is fantastic! Ms. Smith, Mr. Sharpnack, and Mr. Reynolds are such talented and supportive teammates.
