• The quarter ends November 5th and the window closes on the 6th!!! Publish EARLY!!!
• Teachers, make sure you are taking attendance daily by 8:30am and email Ms. Akpan, Mrs. Degen and Ms. Lewis if you have children that have missed more than 3 days or more.
• Teachers please make assigning interventions a priority! We have to create a culture around celebrating growth and achievement!
• Make sure you have the adequate number of grades weekly. This is being monitored closely. If you are struggling with this let Ms. Lewis know.
• Reach out to families of children with missing assignments or students in danger of failing. Progress reports will be released next week and I don't want families to not be contacted by a staff member if the student is performing poorly.
• We need all staff members to make an effort to get families connected on Dojo as it is an effective way to communicate with all families. Thank you teams for reaching out to families the...our numbers are growing!
• It is the expectation of Administration that if there are more than one adult is in a classroom that breakout rooms are being utilized. To ensure students are getting enough feedback, mentoring to reach grade level standards we MUST all be working to support learning....NO PASSIVE TEACHING OR SUPPORT!!!!!
