From the Principal's Desk

Dear families,


We are looking forward to great year of learning in the mySchool online environment this year. We want to make sure that you and your child have the information that you need to be successful in this learning environment.


Students will have scheduled times, synchronous class meetings, and digital resources and assignments that can be completed at home or at school, if circumstances change during the year. This learning model provides families the flexibility to choose an instructional model to meet their needs during these uncertain times, and reflects our District’s commitment to providing a high-quality instructional experience, no matter what the setting.

mySchool Introduction Video

Bell Schedule

Students in the mySchool online environment will follow a bell schedule. (Download below) Students will start their days at 1st period and not homeroom. Students will take their lunches at the same time as their peers in school: 5th period (12:39 - 2:12)

6th and 7th -A lunch - 12:39-1:09

8th -C lunch 1:43-2:13

Art - A lunch

Spanish 2 - C lunch


It is highly recommended that students have a copy of the bell schedule posted in their work station and have a timer set each day to remind them to login to their courses at the beginning of each period.

Setting up a parent observer account

It is vitally important that parents have a parent observer account in the myLearning system for students participating in the mySchool online environment. This is a separate account from your myStudent account. This account allows you to monitor your child's work and grades in the myLearning platform. Please see the video and written directions below to set up this account.

Materials Pick up

Families will need to pick up various curriculum materials for students in the mySchool online environment. Students will receive a math and science consumable textbook. The will prevent families from needing to print materials. Students will be responsible for that textbook this entire year, even if they transition back into the traditional setting.


Students in band 1 will need to attend a parent meeting on August 19th to select an instrument.


All students in band will receive packets of music. Students in art will receive packets of art supplies.

Supply List

Food and Nutrition Services

Students will be able to access the school breakfast/lunch program while in the mySchool Online environment. These meals will be at the student's approved pay rate - paid, reduced, or free. Students wishing to take advantage of this program using a paid/reduced status must prepay using mySchool Bucks.


A lunch and the breakfast for the next day will be available for pick up each day.


Families will be encouraged to reserve meals ahead of time. You will only be able to pick up meals at Crews Lake for the student(s) who attends Crews Lake.
