Keep Creighton Safe
Dear Creighton Community,
We need your help to keep our school communities safe and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Please keep your child home and notify the school immediately if they are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. If you have any doubt, please keep your child home and contact your health care provider for further guidance.
Your cooperation in working with us to control the spread of COVID-19 is appreciated so we can continue to offer in-person learning.
A safe school day begins at home. For students returning to in-person learning it is essential you complete the daily screening checklist below before your child leaves for school:
Check your students daily for:
Fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, or chills
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Muscle aches
Sore throat
Headache
Fatigue or muscle aches
Congestion or runny nose
Cough
Vomiting
Diarrhea
New loss of taste or smell
Students returning to in-person learning will need the following supplies everyday:
A cloth face mask: All students and staff are required to wear a cloth face covering at all times while on campus. A great parent tip is to put extra face masks in your child’s backpack so that your child will always have a clean face mask on hand.
- A personal container of hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is available on campus, but each child should also have his/her own if possible.
- iPad. Students should bring their fully charged iPad to school daily.
- A refillable water bottle. Our campus' have been equipped with water bottle refilling stations.
Practices to support safe in-person learning:
Students will arrive through multiple entrances, and go straight to classrooms
All adults and children will wear cloth face coverings at all times indoors and outdoors. Mask breaks will be provided for students.
Staff and student temperatures will be checked daily
Adults and children will physically distance as much as is feasible
Classrooms will be equipped with plastic desk shields.
No before or after-school activities
Facilities will be cleaned and sanitized daily
Facilities are equipped with water bottle filling stations
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the campus
Thanks for partnering with us to keep our school communities safe.
Thank You to Our Voters!

Papago Teacher Receives Teacher Appreciation Award
Papago 2nd grade teacher, Taylor Bryant was recognized by Suntec Concrete with their Suntec Teacher Appreciation award! All of her fellow Panthers were out to surprise Taylor with this wonderful set of classroom supplies. She received over $2,000 of supplies for the classroom.
Taylor writes, “Being nominated as an amazing teacher is such an honor that truly touches my heart. I have spent many hours thinking about what I would like on a wish list. It not only allowed me to think of my current students and their needs, but allowed me to think of all my past and future students as well. I pondered what items and tools would help them both intellectually and emotionally. I want my students to be confident learners and find joy in coming to school. I want my students to have the resources necessary to become readers and writers. I want them to gain the skills necessary to be successful human beings in our society. I want each child to enter my classroom and feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow and learn."
