If you want to keep a strong Immune system you will have to eat more vitamins.The vitamins you need to focus on are, Vitamins C and E.
Foods
One food you need to eat if you want a good Immune system is Mushrooms. Mushrooms are high in Antioxidant and selenium.Another good food to eat are oats. They are high in fiber. You also need Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Zinc, Garlic and Omega-3 fatty acids.
All of these give you Vitamins you will need to have a strong immune system.
Some people eat fruit.
Others drink healthy juice.
Some people take pills that have vitamins.
