Bobcat Bulletin
May 23, 2016
Dear Staff,
Nine days! Don't let the backdrop get you too excited. But it is hard not to dream a bit.
Please do not take down bulletin boards until the week of 5/31. Keeping your room focused on learning will keep kids focused on learning. You may begin to take down boards before or after school the last week. Please do not have students remove boards, organize cabinets... during school hours that last week.
Yearbooks will be handed out on Tuesday, May 31. Have students put their names in their book and firmly remind kids to keep them with them at all times or with you. We do not want any thefts this year.
ELD curriculum training will be Tuesday, May 31. The schedule will be sent to you. We are hoping this training, the last week of school, will be a refreshing event to finish off the year, as well as, minimize how much is on our plates next fall.
Here are 25 great ideas to try with your class the last two weeks of the year. Thanks, Zorayda for sharing. LIM reflection is a great way to end the year. Use up the rest of the LIM student work books as well.
Here's to dreaming of summer days!
